Welcome to the Insomniacs' Ball - Album Release Party! Join us at Nook Houseplants for a stripped back performance of Jon Fazal's brand new album.

Accompanied by Kate Hall and Grace Lightman, the trio will be performing the album completely unamplified from start to finish.

Expect a captivating night of lyrical songwriting and bewitching harmonies. Drinks and snacks will be available at the bar, as well as copies of the brand new album on vinyl.

Nook Houseplants offers a unique venue in Plymouth to enjoy live music in a quiet, listening atmosphere. Capactity is limited to 40 people, so please grab your ticket quick.

Jon Fazal’s music draws from a deep well of honesty and nostalgia, blending indie, folk, and baroque-pop with heartfelt lyricism. With comparisons to The Kinks, Bob Dylan, and Elliott Smith, his songs move between vulnerability and melodic charm.

About Nook Houseplants

Nook is a specialist houseplant shop and licensed cafe. They sell a range of indoor plants and accessories, coffee and cake. They also hold plant based workshops and offer a unique space for private events and gigs. Seating is available and the venue is accessible to wheelchairs.

About Insomniacs' Ball

The album is a collection of characters and stories unfolding across a nocturnal landscape. It was recorded live onto tape at Middle Farm Studios in Devon and features some of the best musical talent in the South West.
