Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Minimum age of 18 years old *** applies in accordance with local licensing legislation. Current, Indate and Valid Passport, Driving license or Citizen Card (We only accept the cards issued with a hologram) ID May be required.
What's the refund policy?
Our refunds policy is as follows,
If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket. If the face value has been reduced by the organiser, the refund will be for the discounted face value price paid. If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets should be valid. If you can't make the rescheduled date, then you're entitled to a full refund.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No you do not. We accept electronic tickets as we will check you in to the M&G, Ensure all your group are with you in the queue as when we check you in and you meet your preffered queen, We are unable to check anyone else in. We do accept paper tickets.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, At your discretion. Once a ticket is checked in, we will assume it is yourself. No further check ins will be allowed under that ticket. This is for your security and guest experience.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

*Management reserve the right to refuse service, in accordance with licensing laws, at our discretion if we believe you have had too much alcohol. Refund will not be given if we believe you to have had too much.
