"Just talk to someone" they say when you have stuff going on. But it's hard. Really hard. Writing, on the other hand, is at least a little bit easier. It's private, pressure-free, and surprisingly powerful.

This one-hour online session will show you how journaling can help you clear your head, check in with yourself, and get a few things out of your system (without ever saying a word out loud).

No need to share. No self-help clichés. No grammar rules.
Just a notebook, a pen, and an hour to see what happens.

You’ll:

  • Get a quick intro to what journaling is
  • Get a breakdown of the mechanics of it; how to get going and keep going
  • Discover different types of journaling — from brain dumps to what I call, 'Medicinal journaling'
  • Work out what you want from it
  • Try a bit of journaling
  • If you just want to listen, that's fine too

You’ll leave with a few pages written, a fresh perspective, and permission to do it your way — whatever that looks like.
