About this event

Each week, we will be focusing on a specific topic, around wellbeing, and using a mixture of journaling prompts and coaching to help discover your thoughts and behaviours , and how to improve your wellbeing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to know anything about journaling?

No. If you have never done journaling before, it doesn't matter. This class is suitable for everyone, no matter what "experience" you have.

Do I have to bring anything?

Just a notebook, pen and an inquisitive mind.

How much is each class?

Each class costs £5 and it includes tea/ coffee (maybe biscuits!) and some wellbeing coaching and handouts, usually 2-3 per week.

What does wellbeing coaching involve?

Simply, it's just techniques that you can use in your everyday life, to help make life a little bit easier. I am a qualified life coach, with experience in facilitating wellbeing and journaling workshops, and have picked up a fair bit of knowledge along the way, which I want to share with others.
