From international crisis to personal stories - everyone has a story to tell.

But only often the best stories make the news.

And we can tell when it’s good because it affects us.

But what separates good journalism from bad?

Do you want to become a journalist?

Well.. In this masterclass, you will learn the foundational skills and knowledge you need to jumpstart your career in Journalism.

From the interview to telling a story.

You will learn:

Interviewing. How to get the answers you need to tell a great story.

Storytelling. How to take many sources of information to construct a captivating story.

Writing news and features. Writing skills fit for the modern age of journalism.

Headline writing. How to captivate readers so that they'll read your story.

Mobile journalism. How to be a journalist in the digital age where 90% of content is interacted with on mobile phones.

At the end of this masterclass, you will consolidate on your newly learned skills to film a short feature to take away with you as a piece of portfolio you can use to get a job or degree.
