It's not about neat handwriting or perfect aesthetics. We'll be exploring ways to reflect through writing, creative expression, and exploring the meaning of words.

Do I need any supplies?

Accepted Answer

You'll need something to write with and some colours (pens or pencils). If you're more comfortable with digital, that works!

Is this course suitable if I’ve struggled with journaling before?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is a low-pressure, welcoming space where you’ll be supported to approach journalling in new ways. You'll receive simple prompts, extensions, and tools for analysis and integration that are scaffolded and supported.

Question 4

Will the sessions be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No, to protect everyone’s privacy and create a more open space, sessions won’t be recorded. If you miss a session, you’ll still be able to access written materials in the Teams group.

Question 5

Can I share what I write in the group?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Sharing is encouraged, but totally optional. You’re welcome to engage in whatever way feels right for you.

Question 6

Where will the sessions be hosted?

Accepted Answer

You'll have access to a private Microsoft Teams Community. All sessions will be facilitated through Microsoft Teams.
