Journalling for busy folk - World Mental Health Day

Start your Friday with a pause. Join our online journal workshop designed for busy business folk who need a moment to breathe, reset and refocus. Through guided writing and journalling exercises, we’ll explore ways to ease stress, calm worries, and find focus before the day begins.

Hosted by Kate McBarron and Francesca Baker-Brooker, seasoned writers, journallers and workshop facilitators, this offers busy people a few ways they can use words for wellbeing – and it’s on World Mental Health Day.

The session runs from 7–8am on Friday 10 October and is open to all. Tickets are on a sliding scale, with proceeds going to Coach Core, a charity creating sports apprenticeships that drive social mobility.

Take an hour for yourself while making a difference for others.
