Where is Arch 27?

Arch 27 is located next to the Hive library in Worcester on Croft Road, WR1 3BD.

Question 2

Can I park at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is no parking at Arch 27. The nearest car parks are located at Cattlemarket Car Park or Croft Road (both pay and display). Alternatively, Arch 27 is easily accessible on foot from the Foregate Street train station or the nearby Crowngate bus station.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

There's nothing that you "should" wear to practice yoga in, however as a good guide something comfortable and in layers will be great! Gym leggings/shorts, t-shirt and a hoodie-style top will do

Will there be hands-on assists during the physical practice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I will offer hands-on assists to those who want them during practice!

Will a yoga mat be provided?

Accepted Answer

Please bring your own yoga mat to the workshop if you have one. I do have a limited number of yoga mats that I can provide for the workshop but these are on a first come, first serve basis. Do get in touch prior to booking to check if you can reserve a yoga mat if you need one.

Question 6

Do I have to stay after the physical practice?

Accepted Answer

I get it, life is busy these days! It would be fantastic if you can stay for the whole workshop and get to know everyone a bit better over a hot drink and a sweet treat, but if you need to head off that's cool. The ticket price remains the same.

I'm new to yoga - is this workshop suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Everyone can practice yoga and unlock their potential with Journey into Power! Please note that this is a physical practice so you will need to get up and down from the floor unaided.
