✨JOURNEY INTO YOUR SOUL | BREATHWORK CEREMONY✨

Do you feel like your connection with your higher self is not so strong at times? This breathwork ceremony is specifically designed to take you on a journey to reconnect, to explore and to find your own inner guidance.

With the guidance of music and visualization, you will be transported where ever your higher self needs you to go! You could receive answers to some of your questions, guidance or teachings that your soul has for you, specific to your consciousness and needs at that time.

It is 40 minutes long and to have the best outcome from it, it is advised to go through the entirety of it. If you have sleep mask, I highly recommend you have it with you as it will help deepen your experience. Also, make sure you are somewhere where you feel safe, with no distraction. Create a comfortable place for your body and your mind to be able to relax. Have some blankets handy, a pillow if you like, just make your environment as comfortable as you can.

It is also advised you have an empty stomach or at least having had eaten 2 hours prior.
