The culinary journey through India continues to the East & North East where we will be combining food from West Bengal, Kolkata and the Seven Sister States.

Guests will experience an exclusive five course menu, with two drinks, where key ingredients include lots of fish and seafood, the ghost chilli (Bhut Jolokai – the hottest chilli in the world), Panch Phoran spice mix, onion seeds and black mustard seeds, aubergines, and Mishti Doi and Ras Malai desserts.
