Feeling stressed and tired? Are you finding yourself rushing through things with no time ? Feeling you don’t have enough energy ? It's time all of this to stop and nourish the most important relationship in our lives the one with ourself.

A mini yoga retreat where you will indulge wiith fellow yoga students in Special Yoga flow-Journey Through The Chakras , Pranayma (breathing exercises),Meditation and Yoga Nidra practise ( the ultimate relaxation practice). A proven format, where you will leave charged, grounded and more positive.

Programm :

3.30pm-4.30 pm Special Yoga Flow Journey Through The Chakras to clear any blockages in physical, mental or emotional level.

4.30pm-5.00 pm Pranayma and Chakra balancing Meditation

5.00pm-5.30 pm "Yoga Nidra" The Ultimate Relaxtion Practise

What is Yoga Nidra - "The Yogic Sleep"

We live in fast-paced world, we are loosing the connection between the body and mind. The practise of "Yoga Nidra" willl help you to re-establish the connection between your mind and body, deep muscular relaxtion, better understanding and control over emotions, getting rid of old negative habits and improving the overal psychological health. "A 20 to 30 minute session of Yoga Nidra is said to be equal of roughly 3 three hours of deep sleep" You will emerge from Yoga Nidra rested and ready to engage in the world.What isMindfulness Meditation ?Mindfulness Meditation is easy to follow meditation practise focising on the present moment awaerness, by shifting the focus to different body parts, sounds, the breath. It''s beginer friendly and very usuful for people which find meditation hard. When we practice mindfulness we are more aware of the things that help us to be calm and happy and natural joyful and also of the thought patterns that take us in the opposite direction. With this increase awareness, we can take positive choices in everyday life.

I needed to escape the pressures of a new country and uni life so I decided to join the yoga class at my gym. I'm very new to yoga, and although I underestimated it, I loved it from my first day! In particular, my yoga classes with Nadia are very enjoyable. She creates a very soothing and comfortable atmosphere. Even though I'm a beginner, she never underestimates her class- she doesn't take things ridiculously slow; and I really like that. I sometimes feel like she sees our potential so she comes behind or beside us, and push us a little bit further- always a great quality in a teacher. I get to relax and center myself during her classes, but I also get to engage my muscles and my mind. I've even started practicing at home!
