AN INVITATION TO THE SPIRITUAL PATH OF MEISTER ECKHART

A talk for those who hunger for depth in life and for deeper and more generous love

Our guide - Meister Eckhart, medieval friar and one of Christianity’s greatest literary and spiritual voices. The freshness of his imagery and the universality of his teaching have attracted spiritual seekers across the centuries.

The evening is led by Mark Burrows, poet and scholar of medieval theology and professor of religion and literature at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences, Bochum (Germany)

No prior knowledge of Eckhart required.

Coffee and a bookstall available from 6.45pm

As well as the talk, there will be a period of meditation and time for questions.

We will finish at 9 p.m.

Train/bus stations are 13 minutes walk away from the venue (0.6 miles).

There is a taxi rank at Bath Spa railway station. Bath bus station is next to the railway station
