Can kids attend sound bath ?

It's generally advised that children be at least 5 years old and able to sit quietly for the duration of the session.

Why this sound bath will be different?

This is going to be unique experience compare to average sound healing as there will be some live musical instruments play and experienced Massage and Reiki during the sound bath.

Kirtan is a form of devotional singing and chanting, often with music, that is a practice within yoga and other spiritual traditions

What are the benefits of Kirtan?

Kirtan has loads of benefits including Stress and anxiety relief by calming the mind, Improved mood, Spiritual Connection. Kirtan practice can promote a sense of happiness, inner peace and overall holistic well-being.

What kind of food will be served ?

We will be serving Indian vegetarian nourishing meal along with some refreshments. Tea will be served throughout the event.

What sort of Yoga will be offered ?

We will do some heart opener based yoga along with some yogic breath work.

What do I need to bring ?

You may bring some extra layers for sound bath and bottle of water to stay hydrated. We will have all the required things like yoga mat, some layers, some boasters. You are welcome bring any specific prop you may need. most importantly turn up with positive mindset and smile on your face :)
