Our main goal is to bring you food at its best - shared over relaxed conversation and no clocks in sight. An authentic source of joy, coming together, pleasure and health all rolled into one, tasty mouthful at a time.
A 5 course vegetarian taster menu will bring together Anton's passion for sustainability, by using organic and seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible.

When & Where
Anton Petrov is a professional vegetarian chef, inspirational plant based cookery teacher and a forager.
Who for the last 10 years worked in most acclaimed and prestigious vegetarian restaurants in Europe, and
England in particular such as, Akorn vegetarian kitchen (former Demuths), Vanilla Black, The Gate, Tibits,
1847 etc. My food is a reflection of a beauty of life on Earth, which revolves around seasonal and as local as
possible produce, using modern culinary techniques with humility, making the produce speak for itself.
