Joycore Wellness x Christian Worship Spin Class combines the physical challenge of indoor cycling with the spiritual uplift of worship music and inspirational messaging. Expect high energy, encouragement, and a space to connect with both body and spirit.

Do I need to be a Christian to attend?

Not at all! While the class features Christian worship music and uplifting messages, it's open to everyone regardless of faith. Come as you are!

How early should I arrive to class?

The spin class will start promptly at 12:45pm for a 45 minutes class. Therefore, please arrive 15 minutes before class to get set up on your bike and check in. Latecomers will not be able to enter the class to avoid disruption.

What should I wear to the spin class?

Please wear form-fitting, moisture-wicking activewear such as leggings, shorts, sports bra, top.  Please bring your normal indoor trainers however, if you have SPD cleat attachments, feel free to bring these.

Are there water bottle refill facilities?

Absolutely! There is also a new protein machine and flavoured water machine available too. Stay around after class and get to know the community!

Who is leading the class?

The class is led by Rosemary, a certified spin instructor passionate about fitness and faith. Expect motivation, inspiration and a powerful ride.

Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when reserving your spot.

Is this class beginner friendly?

Yes! All fitness levels are welcome. The instructor will guide you through the ride, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
