These outdoor sessions are proving to be a really wonderful way of connecting with each other and filling up our wellbeing tanks.! As usual, we will start with a moment of mindfulness, then move on to discuss what currently brings us joy. We finish the hour long session by supporting each other to identify areas where we can actively bring more joy to ourselves and others. We will meet near the white house on Chorlton Park to start.
