You can join me on these monthly workshops where you are introduced to new ways of eating and implement changes each month. There's a weight loss option with monthly weigh ins for those who wish to monitor their progress.
Recipes for all the foods/drinks sampled during the workshops are provided on a PDF booklet.

Monthly themed meets are £10pp and include food/drinks samples, weigh ins if required and a PDF booklet with recipes.
This month I'll be showing you how simple it is to make healthy juices and shakes, with samples to taste and a PDF booklet with all recipes made on the day and a few extras.
