What is Ecstatic Dance and JUICY?

Ecstatic dance is a freeform, conscious movement practice that invites you to dance without judgment, choreography, or inhibition. There are no steps to follow — only your body’s truth in each moment. It’s a moving meditation, a ritual, a release.

It is a solo journey in a group setting — you are dancing with yourself, for yourself.

JUICY is a non-contact space, designed to allow you to explore your own Eros, your sensual body, and your sacred slut without needing to perform for or pursue anyone else.

While we’ll share the space and celebrate one another in playful, powerful ways, the intention is not to chase, grasp, or seek connection externally — it’s to find that connection within.

This creates a foundation of safety and sovereignty — a space where everyone can let their full freak out without worrying their expression will be misread as a sexual invitation. Your body is free to move, moan, slither, and shake without explanation. Your erotic expression belongs to you.

This means:

On this occasion we will be getting JUICY at a beautiful wellness cafe in one of their private rooms. The cafe, tucked away on a quiet street in Farringdon, serves delicious Cacao from the Jasper Cacao Project (www.jaspercacao.com). I highly recommend arriving early to purchase & enjoy a Cacao for a little extra heart opening & grounding.
