The Julian Costello Quartet "The musical and cultural polarity displayed by this International group from their diverse backgrounds is proof that open music can provide the perfect meeting place to create something unique" Iain Ballamy
The Julian Costello Quartet is promoting their new album released on 33Jazz records.; Connections: Without Borders. Connections we have to places through music and how music transcends borders. It was recorded in Oslo and features great musicians from different parts of Europe. Music doesn't have boundaries and nor should it. It is inspired by how musicians and music travel like nature. Open to new ideas and influences from what should be an open world when sadly some would put up borders.
Kielan Sheard Quintet. Kielan plays double bass and guitar and was a finalist in the recent BBC Young Jazz Musician of the year 2020. Tonight his quintet will be performing all original compositions.
£15 Earlybird Tickets until January 8th are £15.00 and thereafter £18 (excludes booking fee) in advance via Eventbrite.
