A complete birth preparation course for you and your partner running across 4 Tuesday evenings (Tues July 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd 2024). A face to face group course.

Class sizes are limited to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions.

Challenging your perceptions, growing your confidence and using simple tools and techniques for a more positive birth.

Learn about your birthing body and how to work with it.

Understand all of your options and give your birth partner the confidence to support you fully.

Brighter Birthing run group Hypnobirthing Antenatal Classes in Hertfordshire & teach privately in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire.

We run 4 weekly courses on a Tuesday evening, 2 weekly courses on Sundays. We also offer Pregnancy Relaxation Classes & a Post-Natal Support Group.

In addition to this, we sit on the Maternity Voices Partnerships for both Stoke Mandeville Hospital & Watford General and co-run the Tring & Aylesbury Positive Birth Movement meetings.
