The event will include information on:
- What fostering and supported homes are
- The children and young people that need foster care and supported homes
- How to become a foster carer or supported homes host with Kent County Council, including how to apply and what to expect from the training and assessment
- The different types of fostering and supported homes work our carers and hosts undertake
- The pay, career opportunities, rewards and the support we offer
Each event will include a brief presentation, and our foster carers and hosts will share their own experiences. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
