July Brewery Tour & Beer Tasting at The Five Points Brewing Company
Sat 8 July 2017, 12:00 – 17:00 BST
Join us for a brewery tour and tutored beer tasting at The Five Points Brewing Company on Saturday, the 8th of July, at our brewery underneath Hackney Downs Station.
Our brewery tours last approximately two hours, and within that time we will be sharing the story of The Five Points, introducing you to our brewing and packaging equipment, discussing how we make beer happen, and sharing five of our beers with you.
Tickets are £15 + booking fee, and we have two tours running on the day--one starting at 12 noon and one at 3pm. By the end of the tour, you'll have a good understanding of who The Five Points are, what beers we brew and what we are planning for the future, along with the whole brewing process.
We will also have our pop-up shop available after the tour where you can buy bottles and cans of Five Points beer to take home for the rest of the weekend. We will also be selling gift packs of our brews which you can mix and match with your favourite Five Points brews.
The Five Points Brewing Company is located off Institute Place, a cobbled street that's a short walk from Hackney Central Overground station and Hackney Downs National Rail station.
Our brewery can be tricky to find! If you are using Google Maps, don't search by our postcode. Search instead for "The Five Points Brewing Company" and you'll find us perfectly fine. You can also refer to our website which has a map, or look us up on Citymapper as "The Five Points Brewing Company". Please note that we also have a warehouse space on 61 Mare Street--this is not where you want to be for the tour!
We are at the end of Institute Place, off Amhurst Road, in between Dalston Lane and Mare Street (closer to the Dalston Lane end). If you're heading to Dalston Lane from Mare Street, Institute Place will be on the left after Marcon Place.
We are along the routes of several buses that run along Dalston Lane and Amhurst Road: the 38, 48, 55, 56, 106, 253, 254, 276 and 277. The stop you'll need is "Amhurst Road/Hackney Downs Station" or just "Hackney Downs Station," depending on which direction you're coming from.
Looking forward seeing you! If you have any questions about the event, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 020 8533 7746. Please note we cannot offer refunds on tickets less than 48 hours before the event. We suggest wearing close-toed shoes when visiting our brewery.
