Join us for a grounding meditation and art session with your hosts Amy and Jennifer.

Located at StArt Open Studios, 3 West Tower Street, CA3 8QT our event promises a relaxed atmosphere.

Jennifer will open the session by guiding you through a calming meditation to bring forth creative ideas. Amy will then guide you through a creative flow session with all materials provided. We will close the session with refreshing herbal tea and chat.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced artist or new to meditation, everyone is welcome!
