Sound familiar? We’re all guilty of finding reasons not to exercise but fact is, we all need to move our bodies and we all need to take the time to practise self-care.

Most of us know self-care is essential for happiness. But do we take the time to think about what self-care actually means? Exercise; yes. Eating well, tick. Then there's being hydrated, sleeping sufficiently, and doing whatever relaxation rituals work for you.

Of course, it’s not always that simple, especially when you’ve got to put other people and other commitments first, but how about if we asked you to start off by giving yourself just two hours of MeTime?

With local expert instructors Nicky Paddon (@GetFitAtTheFarm) and Lucie Platt (@lucieplattyoga), each of our MeTime sessions comprises an hour’s Kickstart Your Fitness Bootcamp, an hour’s yoga, a smoothie from Gud (@gudvegan) followed by a healthy buffet breakfast at The Shack.

You’ll go home feeling energised, relaxed and nourished, and with a wealth of suggestions on how to carry on your new routine at home.
