In view of the UK lockdown and the increasing rate of COVID-19 infections, please note there are some important changes regarding Jumu’ah at CMA. Although the Masjid remains open - we are increasing precautions and have taken the following measures in respect to Jumu’ah salah:

1. Markedly reduced capacity for both Jumu’ah prayers in order to increase social distancing between attendees and ensure those who attend are safe Insha'Allah. Please therefore accept our apologies if you are unable to book a space.

2. All those over the age of 70 and those suffering from underlying health conditions please must NOT book a ticket nor attend Jumu’ah salah until further notice.

3. Please make your Wudu before coming to the Masjid as the Wudu facilities are now closed.

4. Face coverings are absolutely essential unless you have a valid medical exemption.

5. Please take extra care with social distancing as you enter and exit the Masjid.

6. Windows will remain open in the Masjid so please wrap up warm.

Places will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis. Please do not attend if you have not booked a place, as the Masjid capacity is restricted.

Preparation for attendance and leaving the MasjidBring with you a face mask, prayer mat and a bag for your shoes as a one way system is in operation for entry and egress. After the prayer, please do not congregate in the car park but leave the premises promptly reducing the risk of spreading COVID and freeing the car park for the second Jamaat of Jummah.

Please ensure to take your place prior to the Azan. If you do not attend by time the Khateeb starts the sermon, your place will be given to someone else.
