Discover the joy of movement in a vibrant and supportive atmosphere, where every dance step and Meggaball bounce brings you to find your confidence.

The event will comprise of 3 classes suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. We promise you an afternoon of fun with like-minded people, all we ask is that you bring your positive energy and smiles!

Pauline says what brings her most joy is seeing people grow, watching them gain confidence and turn a simple choreographed routine into something that as far as she is concerned, is stage worthy.
