If you're looking for advice and guidance on how to find (and get!) your ideal family-friendly job, this 'Jump-Start Your Job Search Search' workshop series is for you.

Over the course of 3 x 90-minute sessions held online, you will learn how to:

• Prepare your job search to set yourself up for success - including getting clarity on exactly what you're looking for and what you have to offer to prospective employers, setting your job search goal and making a plan, and practical ways to boost your job search confidence.

• Implement my top two proven job search strategies to focus your search (say goodbye to wasted time, stress and overwhelm!) and hunt down the 70% of jobs that aren't advertised.

• Develop your tools of the job search trade - your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.

• Use and optimise LinkedIn to support your job search.

• Identify the job search resources available to you, including key resources for finding a job in Berlin.​

• Network for your job search confidently and authentically – online & in person.

• Develop your interviewing skills - telephone, online and in-person.

• Negotiate your job offers, including getting the workplace flexibility you want.

Perfect for anyone who is returning to work after a career break or wanting to find a new family-friendly job, you will come away with a bundle of handouts, including easy to customise templates - CV, cover letter, 'elevator pitch' and email networking. You'll get all your burning job search questions answered too - the best way of ‘minding the gap’ on your CV, when and how to ask for flexibility during the application process, how to answer those tricky interview questions about your home and family life, and more.

There will be a maximum of 6 participants – a small enough group for everyone to get individual support. ​

The dates/times of the three sessions in the workshop series are:

• Wednesday 16 February (12:30-2pm)
• Wednesday 23 February (12:30-2pm)
• Wednesday 2 March (12:30-2pm)

The cost for the workshop series is 225 EUR, plus 42.75 EUR VAT. It's possible to pay in two instalments - please get in touch for the details.
