When Your World is Rocked ...

 A Resilience Coaching Workshop

with Dr. Carole Pemberton

This special Co-Active Coast Event is open to all coaches and is on Tuesday 27th June

Clients often seek coaching when they are finding it difficult to cope with the demands on their life or their world is unsettled by disruptive events.  They may not use the word resilience, but as a coach you may sense that their responses are being shaped by a loss of resilience.

So, how can you support clients to move forward?

This workshop led by Dr Carole Pemberton will enable you to:

  • Understand what is meant by resilience with supporting research.
  • Help your clients understand their own response to challenging events and how they can resource themselves.
  • Diagnose when a client is under stress because their resilience has become stretched.

The workshop will focus on the use of both written and spoken narrative as a means of helping clients to create a new story to take them forward.

Carole will combine input and discussion with practice in new coaching tools that you can apply in your own coaching practice.

Early Bird offer - only £67.00

 until Wednesday 31st May!

Dr Carole Pemberton is an executive and career coach with over 30 years’ experience of working with clients across the public, private and not for profit sectors.

Her interest in resilience came out of her experience of working with successful individuals who found themselves struggling to deal with changing circumstances.  That interest led to her doctoral research on understanding resilience within a coaching practice, and her subsequent book “Resilience: A Practical Guide for Coaches”.

Carole is Visiting Professor in Business Coaching at the University of Ulster, and a member of Faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching.  She also works with coaches to develop their coaching skills as a trainer and coach supervisor.

This is a special Co-Active Coast Event open to all coaches and is on Tuesday 27th June.

The Co-Active Coast is a CTI group for Co-Active coaches to come together to
