Alexey Shilin is a information security professional who builds solutions from a platform of expertise in business and technology. Alexey assist organisations to growth and improve operations efficiency. Alexey has transformed customer services department, consolidated 8 bank's two factor authentication systems into one, built a firewall solution for a major telecom network and many others. He also worked in different countries, small and global organisations. Alexey is a source of knowledge transfer from one industry to the other.

6.20 - Rob Partridge, Head of BT Security Training Academy - 'Mind The Gap'
Rob Partridge is the head of BT’s Security Academy, the aim of which is not only to ensure BT people have the right security skills to do their job, but also to ensure that a pipeline of skills are created from UK schools, colleges and universities. He has been the brains behind two Cyber Security Challenge Masterclass events, and also sits on a number of UK government steering groups in order to ensure the UK Cyber Skills Gap is closed. Before this, Rob was responsible for operational resilience for BT Openreach at the London 2012 Olympic Games. He has worked for BT for 26 years, starting as an apprentice engineer in 1989. He is married, with two children, and when not tied to a desk, Rob is a retained fire fighter with Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service. He’s also a keen SCUBA diver.
