The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.

The topic for this meeting is 'Proactive Performance Management'

During this session we will learn how the world of performance management has evolved and how effective and proactive leadership techniques can ensure that your people receive the feedback they need, when they need it to perform and develop within their roles.
