Junior Kaizen: coaching for continual improvement with Tim Hole
Thu 17 March 2016, 08:15 – 10:00 GMT
Kaizen is a Japanese term that roughly translates to ‘Continual Improvement’. The practice of continual improvement is a cultural ‘nudge’ that encourages constant awareness of professional and personal effectiveness and a commitment to updating behaviour on an ongoing basis. If you are reaching for a greater standard of wellbeing or career reward, the continual improvement philosophy is a necessary toolkit to work from.
Key take aways from the session will include:
- A keen understanding of the practice of ‘continual improvement' and the basic tools to affect immediate changes in energy output in work and play.
- Situational awareness techniques to enable more effective communications with colleagues.
- An introduction to 'values based decision making' and how it can help you focus on the right things at the right time.
Breakfast will be available from 8:15am, please arrive promptly for an 8:30am start.
We recommend you book quickly as there are only 20 places available at just £25 a ticket. 100% of proceeds from Inspire are donated to the Marketing Academy Apprenticeship programme – a scheme run in partnership with The Prince’s Trust for 18-24 year olds who are not currently in employment, education or training.
