All coaching aligned with England Rugby Union Age range guidance.

Across the club we have an exciting season planned with different events happening at all ages inclduing – team family tour, rugby festivals and tournaments, fun days out and social evenings.

What do you need to bring?

The old rugby phrase "boots and a smile"....

For these sessions, the player will need -

  • Studded Boots
  • Bottle of Water
  • Comfortable sportsware (no hoods or overly loose fitting clothes / old shorts and tshirt is ideal)

Do I need a mouth guard ?

In these sessions, we dont do much full contact, so its not necessary, if the player has one, bring it along, if not, its not an issue.

Can Someone Older or Younger Take Part?

As rugby is a physical and contact based sport, its key (for the most part) that we play in our correct age ranges. If you have a young person that wants to take part but isnt in the age ranges above, message us from our social pages.

We have teams for all ages, we will ask the correct coach to get in touch.
