‘Just Breathe’

You ‘ve probably heard of the benefits of breathwork for mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing? You might have already experienced them? Could it be time to delve deeper and experience the transformative potential of this powerful, always-accessible tool for life? Whatever your understanding or experience of breathwork, you are welcome at this 90 minute intimate group workshop (spaces are limited to 8 people).


Together, we will feel the power of breathwork and explore somatic tools to support you in everyday life. There will be a deeply relaxing breathwork session, with experience-enhancing music, incorporating Reiki energy healing and easy, gentle breathwork.


Arrive as you are and leave feeling restored, rejuvenated and resourced. This is your opportunity to release, relax and receive.

I am a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Faciliator - so we will always go at your pace and your capacity and work with rather than against your nervous system in all that we do. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher, A Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Coach and a teacher.
