Just Fabrics Beginners Sewing Workshop - 9th June 2024

Come join us at Just Fabrics (Cheltenham) for a fun and informative sewing workshop designed for beginners! Whether you're new to sewing or just looking to brush up on your skills, this workshop is perfect for you. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of sewing with a machine. You will make samples of all the different stitches and seams, alongside detailed information on why we use them for certain projects - these are very handy for future reference when you start to explore sewing.

The course will include:

Setting up and threading a machine
Loading a bobbin
Stitch selections
Sewing in a zip
How to create a buttonhole
Seams and usage

During this workshop, you will also make a simple zipped pouch perfect for keeping your samples in.

All fabric and accessories are included in the price and sewing machines will be provided to use for the duration of the workshop. Tea, coffee and water will be provided.
