About this event
Right now, in the world of work, we are navigating something no previous generation has faced: five generations working side by side. That creates challenges - and big opportunities.
Too often, how we navigate our different approaches and experiences as colleagues is dismissed as a ‘soft’ issue. In reality, it directly impacts team performance, retention and innovation. If you lead people, understanding how to turn generational differences into a strategic advantage is now part of the job.
In this Just One Thing session, we’ll explore:
- Why intergenerational teams matter more than ever in 2025 and beyond
- The common traps leaders fall into (and how to avoid them)
- Practical steps you can take to reduce friction, unlock fresh perspectives, and harness the five-generation advantage
