The Priestley Centre for Climate Futures has recently established a research theme ‘Just Transitions’. The theme explores how the social, cultural, political and economic processes characterizing the transition to a post-fossil fuel world shape justice processes and outcomes.
The Priestley Centre, along with our theme leads, Lucie Middlemiss, Vera Trappmann, and Richard Beardsworth, invite you to a launch event.
On Tuesday 7th October 10:00-13:00, we will be bringing interested colleagues across campus together, showcasing the breadth of expertise in climate relevant just transitions research at Leeds, sharing knowledge, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Expect flash presentations, panel discussions, funding opportunity highlights and time for networking.
