Professor Madhusoodanan Nair is presently the fore most oral poet in Kerala.

The magic of our annual day will continue in the night with musical journey guided by the Karmic Version, the UK based Indian soft rock band. As a tribute to the chief guest, the inhouse talent in KALA will also present
a selection of the poet’s work transformed into music and dance.

Following the tradition of presenting an ancient art form, KALA has also present Ottanthullal this year. Introduced in the 18th century, this temple art form is still preserved and performed across Kerala without much modification.
