KAMAYAN + SSAM by GACHITAYO

Come join us on June 28th Saturday, for an ALL-HANDS meal inspired by KAMAYAN and SSAM, a way of eating from the Philippines and Korea.

The table will be filled with:

• Inihaw na liempo (grilled pork belly)
• Inihaw na Isda (grilled fish)
• Chicken Inasal (Grilled chicken)
• Kanto Fried Chicken
• ⁠Japchae (Stir-fried glass noodle)
• Pork galbi (soy marinated grilled pork)
• Sooyook (Braised pork belly)
• Jellyfish neangchae (Jelly fish mustard salad)
• Geotjeoli (fresh kimchi)
• Pancit Palabok with Fried Noodles
• Inihaw na Talong at Sili (Grilled eggplant and green chilli)
• of coarse, heaps of rice
• Ssam (meaning, lettuce and ssamjang sauce)
• and more sides

Yesir(@welcometoyesir) will be selling refreshing cocktails with an east asian touch.

Half east records(@halfeastrecords) will serve ESEA beats through out the evening.

Limited seats for 25 guests.

• Please note that this feast involves eating with hands from a shared table, inspired by the ‘Kamayan’ in Philippines, and 'Ssam' in Korea. All guest will be required to wash hands thoroughly before dining and will not be provided any plates or utensils. If you feel uncomfortable eating with hands, and sharing a table of food, this event might not be for you!
