There will be four tracks:

• A speaker room.
• A workshop room.
• A coaching room.
• 1-2-1 coaching clinics.

We will start at 9:30 am with a Welcome followed by a Keynote.

There will be many sessions throughout the day with plenty of breaks, and lunch is included.

We will end around 5 pm.

BCS - Kanban Edge: Engage, Experience, Excel

Kanban Edge offers an immersive and practical learning experience tailored for Kanban enthusiasts and practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experts.

The theme of the conference is: Kanban in Practice.

Ticket costs:

(Prices stated are inclusive of VAT and fees)

• BCS members: £100
• Non-members: £150

Refunds/cancellations:

A refund, excluding fees, will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 14 days of the booking date or by noon on Wednesday, 25 February 2026; otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
