In this session, you can take the exercises and movements at your own pace gradually building your fitness and skills as you get more experienced.

Just come along with some loose training clothes that you are comfortable with, plus a water bottle if you wish

Isn't karate about competitions and shouting with the moves?

No, traditionally competition did not exist. We do not take part in competition sport karate. Our karate is about building skills for life. As for shouting, we do not shout, we just breathe normally!

Will I have to be aggressive?

Absolutely not. Karate is a self-defence. It is being in control of your body and your movement in a calm manner. It is about wellbeing and learning to deal with stressful situations in all walks of life by becoming quietly confident in your own self.
