We are delighted to announce that the event will be held at the Banqueting Suite, Newcastle Civic Centre , NE1 8PP on Monday 2nd December.

The roadshow aims to:Build resilience when challenging issues of ‘cultural sensitivity’ when dealing with Honour Based Abuse and Forced Marriage (HBA/FM).

Increase the ability to recognise HBA/FM as a safeguarding matterIncrease professional confidence through educationImprove responses to HBA/FM victims.Encourage critical thinking to challenge justifications of abuse on basis of culture
