World music, World food, World love. Diverse, Fun & Family Friendly Festival!
Kaya is a World Music and Arts Festival to be held in the picturesque grounds of Margam Country Park, South Wales. We offer an eclectic selection of African, Jamaican, European, Latin, Caribbean and world musical flavours, from Reggae,Ska, Dubstep, Funk, Soul, Rock, Indie and Dance music, along with a diverse range of workshops, arts, food stalls and festival activities for people of all ages.
Kaya is a family friendly festival and children aged 0-15 (accompanied by adults) go free!
Kaya has previously seen the likes of Tinchy Stryder, Norman Jay MBE, The Brand New Heavies, Seun Kuti, The Skints and Mykal Rose, Lee Scratch Perry (who produced music for Bob Marley and other highly influential and famous World Music artists), Afrika Bambaataa, Finley Quaye and more!
We aim to bring even more big names along with the best local South Wales artists!
