Keeping the Church Family Safe (KCFS) falls within the jurisdiction of the Children's Ministries Department. We have a duty of care to our children (and vulnerable adults) to ensure that our churches continue to be places of safety for them. This is not limited to our local churches, but extends to places and venues organised through our churches that are frequented by our children.

The KCFS training sessions are facilitated by qualified professionals and falls in line with the BUC KCFS Policy.

It is recommended that the following groups of individuals receive training:

• All volunteers who work with children in the South England Conference
• All church board members
• All pastors

Due to the ongoing pandemic we are unable to offer face-to-face training sessions therefore this training event will take place via Zoom, details of which will be sent to you once registered.
