Time: Thursday 15th December, 1-2pm

This session is facilitated by Counselling and Wellbeing Services (part of Student Services) in collaboration with the Academic Support Team (Learning Services).

This session will cover ways to manage some of the stresses and anxieties associated with exams, including practical strategies for coping with stress before, during and after the exam. 

This aims of this session are to:-

  • offer techniques for  improving mental wellbeing and reducing test anxiety
  • provide strategies to prepare you both psychologically and physically for examinations/assessments and throughout the revision process.
