During this virtual event you will learn:

- How to improve selling intelligence to boost efficiency and save time

- How you can improve sales and marketing performance to increase sales

- The importance of enquiry portal integration (Rightmove/ Zoopla) with Dynamics 365, and how it can be done

- Firsthand sales and marketing insights from a leader in the industry

2020 was a tumultuous year for home sales. As COVID-19 created economic uncertainty across all sectors, attracting buyers and securing sales were challenging. But as the market began to pick itself up again, technology remained an issue when selling and marketing new homes during a pandemic.

Sales teams craved face-to-face contact and buyers still wanted to have a look around properties, and so technology was essential to maintaining great customer experiences and keeping buyers satisfied. Selling intelligence through Dynamics 365 saves time, by allowing the sales team to focus on the leads most likely to close a deal, and enquiry portal integration removes duplicates and takes care of GDPR concerns.

The key to improving new home sales is efficiency. Rightmove, Zoopla and other enquiry portals are now the go-to property portals to find a new home, but they come with a high cost. To improve ROI and make the most out of the investment, automation is key. Spreadsheets, duplicates, and poor lead qualification causes efficiency issues, and so enquiry portal integration and AI are the ways forward.

Crimson will also be discussing home selling trends, and demonstrating how to integrate enquiry portals, and how AI and Microsoft Insights can be used to boost sales.

Discover the key to thriving during COVID-19, and what challenges could be ahead.

Rob Bloom from Accent Housing will be joining Crimson for a Q&A session focusing on home sales during COVID-19. Hear first-hand about the challenges, experiences and advice from the pandemic, and how IT systems helped sales performance.
