2020 was a tumultuous year for home sales. As COVID-19 created economic uncertainty across all sectors, attracting buyers and securing sales were challenging. But as the market began to pick itself up again, technology remained an issue when selling and marketing new homes during a pandemic.

Sales teams craved face-to-face contact and buyers still wanted to have a look around properties, and so technology was essential to maintaining great customer experiences and keeping buyers satisfied. Selling intelligence through Dynamics 365 saves time, by allowing the sales team to focus on the leads most likely to close a deal, and enquiry portal integration removes duplicates and takes care of GDPR concerns.

The key to improving new home sales is efficiency. Rightmove, Zoopla and other enquiry portals are now the go-to property portals to find a new home, but they come with a high cost. To improve ROI and make the most out of the investment, automation is key. Spreadsheets, duplicates, and poor lead qualification causes efficiency issues, and so enquiry portal integration and AI are the ways forward.
