Speaker: Joy Marsden
Joy has over 25 years of business experience in a number of fields, including Technical Textile Design for clients M&S, Area Sales Management with Avon Cosmetics and working for the Mars® group as Marketing Executive and Trade Relations manager, prior to starting her own Personal Development and Performance Company. Nowadays, as an influential self-leadership speaker, trainer and author, Joy teaches leaders, leadership teams and their employees around the world, using her uniquely designed Keep Stepping® principles, where she focuses on key areas that must be mastered in order to lead yourself and others through challenge and change.
Joy was selected as an ambassador for Leadership for the Chartered Management Institute and is a qualified strategic coach. In addition, she is a member of the Global Speakers Federation, Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association and Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
