Keep Your Cool, Weds mornings 10-11am with Buddhist Teacher Michael O'Shea

Anger can take many forms, from mild irritation to rage. It is always painful and destructive and steals our happiness. Through practising Buddha’s teachings we can learn how it is possible to reduce the frequency and intensity of our anger, and eventually eradicate this painful mind altogether.

Weds 26 April – What is Anger

Weds 3 May – Practising Patience

Weds 10 May – Relying on a Happy Mind

Weds 17 May – Learning not to Retaliate
