Understanding how to pace is such an integral part of pain management, it can help reduce the frequency of flare ups and burnout, and enable you to work with your body instead of against it.
While it's understandable to want to 'push through' your illness/pain/fatigue, it will cause short-term and long-term complications. This session is a step forward to listening to your body and thereby improving your quality of life.
