Do I need my own bike or helmet?

We provide all adult kit and have a limited number of children's bikes. If you are able to bring a working child for your bike this makes it more likely we can accommodate them. You're also welcome to bring your own bike if you'd rather

I've not ridden before or for a long time and I'm nervous - will it be okay?

These sessions are 100% of supportive and will meet you exactly where you are in terms of ability to ride.

I can ride fairly well, will these sessions be too basic for me?

We're aiming to cater to a range of abilities but the sessions are car park limited.

Where is it taking place?

We meet on the first floor of the Airedale Shopping Centre car park , there are some potted plants as you approach Level 1 . Our instructors will meet you here and will walk you up to the higher floors of the car park with the bikes where we will have a large car free area for riding
