Do I need my own bike or helmet?

No - we provide all the kit. However, you're welcome to bring your own if you'd rather

I've not ridden before or for a long time and I'm nervous - will it be okay?

These sessions are 100% of supportive and will meet you exactly where you are in terms of ability to ride.

I can ride fairly well, will these sessions be too basic for me?

We're aiming to cater to a wide range of abilities by having two instructors, so you'll be able to do a longer ride should you want to.

Where is it taking place?

We meet behind Keighley Leisure Centre - you have to walk through the car park to get to the back of the building. We have the bikes stored here and the instructors will be waiting for you next to the shipping containers.
